JORMA TERENTJEFF’S ROLE IN INCAP REMAINS UNCHANGED DESPITE SALE OF STOCK

Stock Exchange Release 3 December 2003 at 12.05 p.m.

Jorma Terentjeff, Chairman of the Board of Incap and Industrial Counsellor, has made financial arrangements in his proprietorships for family reasons through which he sold yesterday a total of 1 161 700 Incap shares to Irish Life International Limited. Through this sale agreement, his percentage of Incap shares and votes decreased from 12.0% to 2.5%.

 
However, Terentjeff’s role in Incap remains unchanged. “I trust in the success of Incap and I am still strongly committed to develop the company. My role as Chairman of the Board continues in a previous manner,” Jorma Terentjeff says.
 
After the trade, the ten biggest owners and their percentage of shares and votes are as follows:
